My Background

Franco-Quebecer, passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, I have been coaching individuals and companies in their development and transformation in France and internationally for over 20 years. 

During my career, I contributed to implementing and launching start-ups in France in marketing/sales management positions. And above all, I learned a lot about change management in a context with high political and economic stakes. I also learned the complexity of bringing together actors with different profiles, missions, and objectives. 

In 2018, I decided to devote myself to my passion: to put women and men in motion in a dynamic of change and fulfillment by creating my coaching and consulting company, first in France, then in the United States since 2021.

Professional coach trained at International Mozaik; non-violent communication by CNV PACA, Change management ESSEC Business School, "Theory U: Leading from the Emerging Future" MIT Ulab.

Double degree: Master of Science in International Management from the University of Sherbrooke in Canada and a Bachelor in International Management from ESCEM in France.

 

As a woman committed and invested in greater gender diversity in organizations, I have led and participated in awareness-raising actions, training, workshops, and mentoring for many years to allow young girls and women to take their place in the economy and make their voices heard.
